" I had the opportunity to work with Eric at an interesting time in our industries history.  Coming off back to back hard years due to the pandemic, we were in a unique position to acquire a competitor.  Eric joined our team as our interim CTO (Chief Transformation Officer) with a goal of not only turning the newly acquired business around – but also to improve our integration and change management process around acquisitions.  He quickly embedded himself within our environment and culture.  Despite numerous challenges, a shifting executive landscape, and a new industry to work in, Eric has the presence of mind to connect the dots – whether its people to people, people to position, position to process - he was always looking to help improve our business outcomes AND better our most powerful asset, the associates that make our firm what it is.  He is a strong program manager and a great discussion facilitator.  He knows how to read the room, or as it happens more often than not these days, the team's meeting, and adjusts his approach so that it best suits the group he is working with.  As a professional, he is as willing to part with his knowledge as he is willing to learn.  He jumps, with both feet, into whichever team role is required to accomplish the overarching mission."
