CTSQ focuses on enabling leaders and their companies to step back, conduct fact based assessments, design strategies and tactics, and deliver client/patient oriented solutions that achieve the targeted financial goals.
We are industry agnostic with experience in Healthcare, Media Services, IT Services, Restaurant, B2B Consumer Products, and Print Fulfillment.
CTSQ means "challenge the status quo." Our experience across industries has identified that many historical decisions were made with the right intent. Yet, as time passes and the marketplace changes, leaders struggle to adapt. The status quo is comfortable, but not survivable. We identify data driven actionable change. We engage the leadership to create ownership in the outcomes. Additionally, we stay connected to our client during the journey to assist in removing obstacles that are poised to derail the successful reorientation.
